Garden Center/Nursery Dept Lead (Full-time)
We are seeking a professional, experienced person to join our outside Nursery Team.
You must be able to provide amazing customer service, interact with a variety of personalities, and comfortably lift 40-50 pounds.

Northwest plant, tree and shrub knowledge is required, as well as previous buying experience. Supervisory and retail experience are a plus.
Your primary job will be to order weekly plant and hard goods, assist customers with their selections and be involved in BBQ sales. You need to be willing to work outdoors in any type of weather. You will be supervising a team of 3-5.
